KIDS CHECK IN PROCEDURES
Pre-Check Policy:
  • Mobile pre-check is available up to one hour before events start and until the check-in window closes 
  • Parents can find pre-check in the personal account menu of your app
  • QR codes are generated for families with check-in history or when we can suggest sessions automatically
Check-In Procedures:
  • All check-ins must be completed at our kiosk - remote check-in isn't available
  • Parents search for their family or create new profiles at the kiosk 
  • Check-in labels are printed with security codes for safe pickup
Check-Out Security:
  • Security codes on labels must match when picking up children 
  • Check-out isn't required but is recommended for security
  • Security codes appear in the app after check-in and disappear after checkout or two hours post-event
Session Guidelines:
  • Events can have multiple sessions for different classes, rooms, or grade levels 
  • Our system suggests appropriate sessions based on age, grade, or previous check-in history
